Yes we do exchange if size issues , wrong product or defective (7a quality,10A quality, first copy) Please make an unboxing video when you receive parcel 360 degree angles video where it shows defect , or issue without cut and pause in 1 video only.
For 6a quality, second copy or Indian made shoes we do not have return, exchange policy in term of quality , material and finishing as all these are budget shoes so it manufacture at low cost. If you agree with it please order on website otherwise select 7a quality shoes.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, Shoe box, packing and extra accessories .
Cancellations:
If you want to cancel the order then your advance 200 will not be returned or also if it is prepaid then 10% amount will be deducted.
